Q.  How do I place an order?
A.  Orders can be placed through our website, by faxing a completed order form to 641-742-3777, or by calling our customer service team at 800-243-7473.  Our business hours are Monday through Friday 7 a.m.-5 p.m.CST, Saturday 8 a.m. to noon.

Q.  How long after I order before you ship?
A.  If you place an order by 2:00 p.m. CST, generally it will be shipped that same day (Monday-Friday).  It is rare that we are out of stock on a product, but if we are, we will call you immediately.  Backordered items will be shipped out as soon as possible.

Q.  What are your shipping charges/rates?
A.  Our basic shipping charges are based on the total weight and dimension of your order.

Q.  I have a question about an item you sell?
A.  Call our experienced customer service team with any questions you have.

Q.  What countries do you ship to?
A.  We ship everywhere that does not require customs, that means we only ship to the United States and its territories.

Q.  Which standard carriers do you use?

Q.  What is your return policy?
A.  We take care of our customers.  You must be completely satisfied with every product that you order from Jacobsen Inc.  If there is ever a problem, we will solve it immediately with a replacement, full credit or refund.  We do not allow unhappy customers!

Q.  I wish to purchase 500 of the same item.  Do you offer quantity discounts?
A.  We sometimes offer a discount for large quantities.  Call our customer service team for a quote, or email us at linda@jacobseninc.com.

Q.  Do you have a catalog?
A.  Yes, we have a 52 page catalog.  You may request a copy by emailing your name and address to linda@jacobseninc.com.

Q.  I am having a problem with your website.  What should I do?
A.  Please let us know by email or call our customer service team and we will fix the problem.
